If someone has a working raspberry pi and wants to create another image, they can do that with the pi, as long as they have another SD card.

There is a long thread on this issue at the Foundation's Arch subforum, where a few of us have posted links to true images people can still download, and then just use pacman to update to current. The thread is:

And in that thread, Pepedog posted the following link to the last Pi Arch image which was created as of this point. It may not be available from the Foundation Downloads page, but still is on their website:

And if folks want to use older images, those are still floating around as well, there are various links posted in that thread. I am not sure, but as far as I last heard, Arch may still be available in NOOBs as well.

Installations using old images are not supported. If following the steps to install is too hard, don't use this distribution.

You can install through NOOBS, but when that starts causing issues because of the Foundation neglecting to update it, installations via that method will not be supported.
