nanosleep

Postby keithsw1111 » Thu Aug 02, 2012 12:10 pm

I have installed Debian Wheezy and used it on my Raspberry Pi but I have been having problems with the nanosleep function which never seems to return in much less than 80 microseconds. While I know the function does not guarantee a return the result is disappointingly slow. My question to this community is will Arch Linux do any better or am i just facing a limitation of the Raspberry Pi ARM chip.

It may be a limitation, but seeing as we keep our kernel a closer to the development tree, this might be less of an issue.
