at24xx eeprom module

It's me again

I think it's also (not only for me) useful to integrate at least the Atmel at24xx eeprom as a module (CONFIG_EEPROM_AT24=m).

This chip (f.e. AT24C32) is found often together with the clock chip on the same board.
