rpi-update or pacman

rpi-update or pacman

Hi,

I want to install Arch ARM on my RPi, but first I want to ask about updating kernel and firmware.
On Raspbian there is "rpi-update" command. Is this command working on Arch? Or just "pacman -Syu" will update kernel and firmware like "rpi-update" does?

pacman will update everything.
