Raspberry pi wifi's intermittent

Postby pothibo » Wed Jul 30, 2014 12:49 am

Hi everyone,

I searched this forum for an answer but couldn't find one. I have archlinux running on my raspberry pi with an edimax USB wifi dongle. First, I wanted to configure my wifi network with systemd-networkd but couldn't make it work.

With Netctl & wifi-menu, my profile is loading and the wifi dongle gets connected to my AP. Now, even if the connection is made, the wifi is intermittent and unreachable from time to time. If I connect a keyboard & and a display, I have a solid connection to the outside world.

That means I can ping(and reach) google.com even if it's unreachable from any computer connected to the NAT. I know this sounds weird but it's actually what's happening.

The worse in that is that my pi eventually becomes reachable again on my NAT without intervention.

If someone out here need more information please let me know I'll provide them.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'echo "options 8192cu rtw_power_mgnt=0 rtw_enusbss=0" > /etc/modprobe.d/8192cu.conf')
