[SOLVED] 404 errors downloading from mirrors

I have decided to turn one of my raspberry pis as an Arch Linux server running Citadel

Using this page as an instruction set:

The first command in the process was:

So how do I find out where the missing elements can be found ?
How do I point to them so that I can get them ?

Please read archwiki on pacman. Hint: sync first with pacman -Sy
