[Howto] Building Orange Pi One Mainline image

HI,
I was frustrated that armbian/ubuntu xenial with a mainline kernel was working fine on my orange pi one, but not my beloved arch. I was now able to to install archlinuxarm including mainline kernel, which does work fine! I use it as a headless server.
The instructions are based heavily on the instructions for banana pi in the archlinux.org forum.
Find the orange pi zero instructions here:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Orange_Pi

This should probably work for other Orange Pi H3 boards with minimal changes (choose a appropriate defconf for your board).
Have fun! And thanks @archlinuxarm devs for making this possible! Awesome work!
