Orange pi zero anyone got it going?

Postby mich04 » Wed May 17, 2017 9:01 pm

Hey there,
I was wondering if anyone has this running. I can get it running using this image.

https://blog.brichacek.net/arch-linux-o ... e-pi-zero/

It runs fine until I reboot it then it freezes up. I am guessing it is overheating or something. Anyways I also tried

https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Orange_Pi

I downloaded the new u-boot version which included "orangepi_zero_defconfig" it does not boot at all there are no led's and also when you look at the ethernet port the yellow light is flickering as well as the routers port, but no connection.

I am waiting on my forum orange pi forum access so I can ask over there too.

Hi, did you get any where with this? I tried both also without any luck. There's a uboot repo that's described at https://github.com/orangepi-xunlong/OrangePi, although it has H3 in the tag and the orange pi zero is an H2, so I'm testing those and lastly I have the Debian server image from orangepi working, I might take the first partition of the image and marry it up to the arch base system. I can post a completed image if you're interested.
