Cubietruck Booting Device

Hi,
I would like to know whether Cubietruck can be configured to boot from NAND or SATA Hard Drive or not? If possible then I would like to install Arch Linux ARM on NAND or SATA Hard Drive of Cubietruck and then configure it to boot from NAND or SATA Hard Drive so that booting dependency from SD Card can be removed. In this way I will be able to use it as a mini laptop with Arch Linux ARM.
