[Mali400] no /dev/dri/ directory

Postby adam900710 » Fri Jan 18, 2013 1:47 am

Hi,

http://linux-sunxi.org/Mali400
According to the above URL, I used the Makefile method and built the libump and xf86-video-mali.

However when using the xorg.conf in xf86-video-mali, X failed to startup since it failed to be the master of DRM device.
According to the strace output, the driver tried to open the /dev/dri/ directory.

What should I do? create the /dev/dri directory and mknod "card0" and "controlD64"?
If so,what should the device number be? The one on my notebook is 226,0 and 226,64, can i use it?
Or should i create a udev rules for it?

Thanks

Also all the related modules are loaded.
If not using the xf86-video-mali, the fbdev works well.

If the DRI is disabled, X can start fine but the performance seems lower than fbdev....
