Have a look at the newer drivers/binaries. You're intentionally using out of date.

Where i can find the newer version of drivers?
I clone drivers from github mali-sunxi, libUMP ...repo.
I used this manual: http://linux-sunxi.org/Mali_binary_driver
Thank you.
Best regards

You don't even need to be using that.

With or without X?

But, you can use xf86-video-armsoc-odroid && the r4p0 binaries placed appropriately. I have covered this in other posts.

pacman throws these errors if it finds files in FHS that are included in a package you're about to install but don't belong to any of the packages that are already installed. So pacman refuses to go on which makes a lot of sense.

Here, those files are probably remnants of your manual installation attempts. So it should be save to remove them manually which in turn will make pacman install the desired packages without problems.
