advice on hardware design companies

we need to contact a company able to design and realize a pcb with at least an arm quad core with linux/Android. I know Merrii, technexion. Someone could suggest other companies with good reference and prices.

Someone could suggest other company from China or company from Asia.
It is ok company who based own business on allwinner and so on
