Libreswan 4.1 PKGBUILD (Updated from AUR)

I needed an IPSEC VPN client so I've modified the AUR script for Libreswan from https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/libreswan/ to allow me to build it on various ARM devices. I've flagged the original AUR out-of-date and this script will build version 4.1

I've built and deployed it on

• RPi B (armv6h)
• PCDuino3 (armv7h)
• RPi 3B+ (aarch64)

I'm not yet familiar with all the AUR policies but I'd be happy to submit this to the AUR above if someone could point me in the right direction.

Missing directory needs to be created manually otherwise ipsec.service will not start.
