Best Arm supported hardware?

I have purchased some arm hardware and have been disapointed. The linux support was not good. And it could'nt play HD video. I was wondering what the best embedded hardware I could get with support was right now. I'm looking for a desktop replacement. Any advice about a device and why would be helpful.
