Is that the kind of thing that will eventually get fixed in the Arch Utilite installer? Or is this an old enough machine that it's unlikely to get any further attention?

Thanks a lot for your help. You guys do great work, and I really appreciate it.

I'm also running into this issue. I would assume I just need to grab a more up to date linux-image package and toss it on the SD Card?

The best I can come up with is to go with this package here: https://archlinuxarm.org/packages/armv7 ... utilite-dt and manually unxz/tarball it onto the SD Card, and put the zImage and dtb file in /boot.

I also notice that there's now Linux 4.1 from here: http://www.compulab.co.il/products/comp ... x6/#devres

WarheadsSE, am I on the right track with getting a newer kernel package put on the SD Card?

Update: I've switched over to the CompuLab provided minimal Debian base. It's running just fine on a 4.1.0 kernel. To sum up: I was going to give Arch a shot, but a broken installation tarball (kernel too old) made it unattractive to even mess with.
