So, no chance to have USB working again?
Will we stuck with kernel 4.12.10 forever?

I'm testing 4.15.4 with the power sequence patches applied. These previously caused issues on other platforms, but if that isn't the case anymore then I'll push the changes and they will solve the problem with USB on the UDOO.

Will the module rt2800usb still be blacklisted, even with these new patches?

No, it won't. Wireless appears to work fine.

Great work!
I just installed the version 4.15.4 and all works perfectly. I have a USB DAC and an Arduino Uno permanently attached to the USB bus and all is ok. :) :) :D :D :D :D
The wireless network also appears to work.
