Udoo Dual Lite Lvds and new_root error

Postby blackjack4it » Mon Sep 24, 2018 1:44 pm

Hi there, I'm trying to get my Udoo Dual Lite to:
1) boot with its gui (xorg)
2) fix the "y device not found" error at every boot

Archlinux can boot (with no video output since I can't get lvds to work) if I write at the command line:
mount /dev/mmcblk0p1 /new_root
exit
and my first goal is to fix that error forever, but the most annoying problem is about the official Udoo lvds panel.
I just can't get it to work. I've followed all the guidelines (setenv mmcargs), added video= lvds7 to uEnv.txt file and also to a boot.cmd files in the root directory) but the panel isn't turning on.
I've already tested the lvds with another distro, it is working fine so it is a software problem.

Can someone help me?
Thanks a lot
BJ
