Utilite support

Postby peba » Sat Nov 30, 2013 6:12 pm

Hello from Vienna,

I am owner of a Utilite pro and tried Archlinux.

Can you please give me some information what interfaces
are currently supported on this device ?

My current kernel:
Linux version 3.0.35-4-ARCH (nobody@root-chroot-copy) (gcc version 4.7.2
(GCC) ) #1 SMP Tue Nov 26 15:31:38 CST 2013

Do I need to load additional drivers to get all onboard
interfaces going ?
I would like to use also the second Eth and the WIFI interface.

Best Regards,
Peter Bauer

All interfaces are available, which you would see from running `ifconfig` or `ip link`.

Yes you are right.

ifconfig -a shows me all interfaces even when they are not configured or down.

Is it possible to run the Utilite pro at 1.2 Ghz ?

Your kernel reports on start:
arm_max_freq=1GHz

Hello,

I'm hoping you can help me out. I am also having the same issue as peba was. I have the standard model with 2 nic's but am only seeing eth0. When I run ifconfig -a I only get eth0 and lo. Any other ideas on what I can try?

peba. Did you discover how to get Utilite Pro to run at 1.2GHz? I just installed on a new Pro and it's still 1.0GHz.

1.2GHz is currently unstable, not recommended to run at that speed.
