[SOLVED][WandQuad] How to add booting kernel parameters?

Postby JoKo » Sun Jan 19, 2014 2:50 pm

Hello,
I am interested in adding a kernel parameter, "consoleblank=0", in my installation. I think I have to edit /boot/uEnv.txt, but there is no such file.

uboot-wandboard-quad 2013.07-2 is the package version currently installed, could anyone help me?

You just need to create and edit /boot/uEnv.txt with the parameters you want to add or overwrite. The default U-Boot environment is listed in my post here:

Many thanks, it is working as intended! Is there any particular reason for which this file was not initially installed?
