I've done an upgrade with pacman -Su (With nothing to install)
I then try to install ntop
pacman -S ntop

It errors with 404 not found.

https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Pacman/Rosetta

You need to sync package list with repos first with -Sy
Pogoplug V4 | GoFlex Home | Raspberry Pi 4 4GB | CuBox-i4 Pro | ClearFog | BeagleBone Black | Odroid U2 | Odroid C1 | Odroid XU4
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[armv5] Updated U-Boot | [armv5] NAND Rescue System
