hostapd 802.11a setup

How can I configure hostapd to use 802.11a, 5GHz band

My kernel is 3.14.2. My CPU is Marvel Armada 370. my WiFi hardware is Marvell 88x8764

I have learned that while the 88w8764 "chip" and mwl8k driver support dual band operation, my PCIe radio module does not.
Hostapd correctly failed the 5Ghz setup.

My bad!
