State of Mali drivers for XE503C32 (samsung chromebook 2)

Hey I was wondering if the Mali drivers were at a usable state yet. I tried setting up archlinux with xf86-video-armsoc-odroid, but I'm getting graphical glitches in xfce4. I would like to do some opengles 2.1/3.0 development from my chromebook and was wondering if the drivers were at a usable state to do that.

If they are usable, is there a detailed set of instructions on setting up the drivers to do development?
