hi I have installed archlinuxarm from the wiki instruction on odroid xu4. but the linux kernel version available in repo is 3.10. where can I update to new version of kernel?
3.10 is the only official one from hardkernel with HMP and 3d drivers. You can try linux-armv7, if it boots. But you will lose at least those 2 features.

Then there is no newer kernel that you can run for now. I've been using 3.10 for a while and there are no problems with it. What's the reason you want a newer kernel?

I just did a pacman -Syu on the odroid xu4 and system does not boot anymore. Also I saw that /dev/mmcblk0 was updated and uboot. I did yesterday a update to kernel version 3.10.102-1 from 3.10.96 without problems. Today update to 3.10.102-2 totally crashed the system. I don't have access to a monitor to check error log. Do you have any ideea?
I did the same update today and updated uboot as well. My rootfs is on the external USB 3 drive so I had to edit boot.txt to reflect that. Otherwise it booted right back up after restart. Check your configuration.
