Hi all, I installed the latest archlinux arm chromebook version on my samsung series 3 chromebook. I did it following the guide at https://archlinuxarm.org/platforms/armv ... chromebook . After I further installed mate desktop on it, I realized the touchpad was not working. I read a bunch of threads online and played around synaptics and libinput. And finally (on reading https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingTouchpadDetection), I figured maybe the kernel didn't detect the touchpad at all as
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'cat /proc/bus/input/devices')
didn't show anything related to touchpad.
Did anyone encounter this before? Would rolling back to an earlier version of the system help? If so, how can I get old versions?
Thanks a lot!
