Cheapest ARM devices for armv6 and armv7?

Hi all!

I want to build Docker images for ARM devices and push them to Docker Hub. I have explored the Qemu route but I want to avoid the strange Dockerfiles, complex CI configuration and extra MB in size (Qemu binary). That's why I want to setup my own ARM devices for all architectures.

I already have a Raspberry Pi 3B+, so I just want to fill the gaps for ARMv6 and ARMv7.

What would be the cheapest devices out there?
