I’m trying to figure out how to dual boot Arch linux along with Chrome OS on a Samsung Chromebook Plus (XE513C24 -arm64) and currently I’m trying to figure out how to set up the partitions. I’ve got all the mounted points listed but the last time I tried it to create a new partition I had to reformat (about the 8th time) because I replaced Chrome OS partition. I want to install Arch dual boot in about 7/10th’s of the internal hard disk space. I think /dev/sda is referring to an external device like USB/SD card, which I might install from there, but I don’t want to create the boot partition there. I want it on the hard disk. I think /dev/mmcblk0 is where the primary is located, where’s a safe place to install a second partition for Arch?
