can't boot up new installed archlinuxarm on chromebook2

today I install new archlinuxarm on Samsung Chromebook 2 13.3 , but strange happens.

when installed on USB HDD or USB SSD system can't boot up , but install on SD card or USB flash driver system boot up success.

why this happens? could anyone help me to solve this ?
