To your knowledge, are there many PKGBUILDS (just discovered on iPad if you press shift key twice it stays as caps) which have CFLAG etc overridden?
Mikes one for TS kernel must have, or it would not have built.

Only those that require changes have it. There are pretty few. If Mike is like me, he probably just copied in a previous makepkg.conf and changed the settings himself instead of going off of the default edition. Laziness sometimes wins the battle. Pacman is now updated in the repos so if anyone else is in the same situation, so long as they haven't modified makepkg.conf yet, the correct version will overwrite.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('kmihelich', 'I')'m still in the first stages of getting the new toolchain and core filesystem in place, but thought I'd share some quick Whetstone benchmark comparisons.

Original soft setup:
Loops: 100000, Iterations: 1, Duration: 117 sec.
C Converted Double Precision Whetstones: 85.5 MIPS

New hard setup:
Loops: 100000, Iterations: 1, Duration: 20 sec.
C Converted Double Precision Whetstones: 500.0 MIPS

Where can I find this benchmark?
