[SOLVED] BB xM Rev C no Ethernet no USB

Postby Andi » Tue May 29, 2012 10:33 am

Hello, I prepared my 8GB SD-Card as described in http://archlinuxarm.org/platforms/armv7/beagleboard-xm
The problem is that Ethernet and USB is not working. The LEDs of the Ethernet port stay dark!
Please help me!

Re: BB xM Rev C no Ethernet no USB

Postby Andi » Wed Jun 06, 2012 11:26 am

Hello, i purchased a new BB xM Rev C and everything is working perfektly with the Angstrom image. :)
I tried the original Angstrom SD-Card on my board where Ethernet and USB is not working without success! :(
After that i build a SD-Card with the newest release of arch linux ARM and tried it on the new board ==> so far no problems

Therefore I think that there is a hardware fault on the board, hopefully just on this board!!! I will send it in for RMA.

Regards
Andi
