Update Beagleboard install instructions

Hi, I installed Archlinux ARM on a Beagleboard Rev C2, but it did not boot initially. The problem was that 'mmc init' was a noop in the u-boot bootloader. I think the instructions need to be updated to 'mmc rescan'.
