[Bluetooth Dongle] Can Pair, but Cannot connect (BBB)

i have problem with my Beaglebone Black

i can pair with my smartphone and my laptop (using bluetooth), but when i will connect with my smartphone or my laptop,it show this message:

what should i do???

Do you have blueman installed?
If so, de-install and try again.
In my case this worked, so my experience stops there,
I have installed only
bluez 5.12-2
bluez-libs 5.12-2
bluez-utils 5.12-2

Maybe other tools cause problems too, time to experiment
