Postby roel » Fri Sep 30, 2011 7:40 pm

Hello,

can somebody help me getting archlinuxarm on the touchbook?

The touchbook is a beagleboard based netbook from alwaysinnovating.

I tried already the rootfs with the U-boot and uImage from alwaysinnovating, this doesn't work. I tried also the ones delivred with archlinuxarm, doesn't work...

Thanks in advance

If it doesn't work with the manufacturer's software, you have bigger issues.

No,

what I mean is that I tried the rootfs of archlinuxarm on partition 2 with the u-boot and kernel from AI on the boot partition.
The AI OS works without problems.

OK I 'got it working. I only need to make a new kernel image. I will compare the .config of the one of AI and the arch one.
