X-loader Hang when trying to boot

Postby friendlyghost89 » Mon Dec 05, 2011 5:39 pm

To anyone that can help...,

When i load the SD card with the image and follow the steps as seen on: http://archlinuxarm.org/platforms/armv7/pandaboard

I receive a message on the serial console:
Texas Instruments X-Loader 1.41 (Sep 1 2010 - 13:43:00)
Could not read bootloader!
X-Loader Hangs

I am using a 16GB ADATA SD HC class 10 card (if that helps at all)

Thanks,

Use the mkcard.sh script to partition your SD card, and format the first partition that holds the bootloader files and kernel with FAT16 (not FAT32). The panda is a very particular eater.

Run from any Linux box against the card.
