Pre-made image for Beagleboard-xM

Is there any place at all where a pre-made disk image for the beagleboard-xM can be downladed? I ask because while trying to make a bootable sd card about a month ago, I could not get the sd card to actually boot and while trying again this morning, I couldn't get the mkimage command to work properly.

I just want a disk image i could dd to an sd card or something.
