Archlinux 3.16 kernel power button issue

I asked this on other forums but I will present it again here. Is anyone running the 3.16 Archlinux kernel and experiencing problems with the Beagle Bone Black power switch? In the 3.8 kernel you were able to configure it to shutdown linux and extinguish the power led with the power switch. This is not working in the 3.16 kernel. Anyone working on that?
