Debian on BBB Display issue randr Xorg etc

Postby richBBB » Sat Dec 19, 2015 3:03 pm

Just put Debian onto my BBB and I get a terrible display on an HDMI monitor that worked fine under Angstrom.

xrandr keeps telling me that $this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', ' Failed to get size of gamma for output default
')

My EDID looks OK.

I tried adding a new mode to xrandr but it won't change anything possibly due to the error above?

I saw a similar problem on here, but the fix there didn't help.

Any ideas???

This is my X startup log. I guess there is a clue in there???
