Broken Keyboard after paint and water

Postby Kanarok » Wed Oct 12, 2016 10:33 am

Good Morning,

I own an Acer Tegra Chromebook (though this is more Hardware troubleshooting than manufacturer specific)
and some days ago I accidentely spilled a drop of wall paint on my Keyboard.
It jammed my "k" and "L" keys, which I restored by removing the paint under the key.
But now, after I wet (not soaking, but more than damp) cleaned my keyboard several keys stopped to work or started to act weird.

Like 7 8 9 0 n ALT do not work
Also "k" and "#" both output k#

Maybe anyone knows how to fix this and can help me out.

Thanks a lot
Kanarok
