Any hints for Gnome-Shell?

Hello,
I want to run gnome-shell on my tegra tablet.
KDE is runs almost fine and "smooth" with window glow and transparency on window movement (just to explain that it looks like that my graphic setup looks okay).

I've installed the shell and tried to run it from xterm with: "gnome-session --debug -f" and got this result:

Do you know whats wrong with it? Or any hints where to look?

Ok, now I know that gnome-shell uses llvmpipe....
Do you know if there is a way to force gnome to use the tegra gles libraries?
