xmonad

I would love to use xmonad on my arm64 arch Linux install. Alas, the package does not exist yet. Does anybody know if it’s worked on?

Not in our repos. You can try building from the Arch PKGBUILD or build the xmonad-git package from the AUR.

The question is if it builds, and it does why isn't it the repos?

I believe we had issues with building haskell compiler aka ghc before. It's still not in the repos hence why this package is not available.

Building xmonad fails, due to some missing haskell module dependencies. It's no problem. I installed qtile instead. It runs great and really is just a clone of xmonad, written and configed in python. I really love arch on arm64 so far. It's very fast on my M1 Mac in Parallels.
