mc2xml

Hi,

Anyone have experience with mc2xml in archlinux arm. I compiled the pkg.xz using
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=30393 and installed it.

Whenever I execute mc2xml, I get a error saying
bash: /usr/bin/mc2xml: cannot execute binary file

Please can someone compile the package and add to the repository. It is a great plugin for mythtv.

I think this downloading precompiled x86 packages, not a source to compile

Even though yaourt says it is installed. I still get the same error message. Any help is appreciated.

Yes, it has installed, but a compilation of pre-compiled for x86 binaries, you have an arm cpu.
If this program was written in say perl or python, it would be ok.
mc2xml was probably wrote in c or c++, but they haven't supplied source code so that we can compile, which is ok on an archlinux x86 system
