Why.. do you need a multi-lib package?

There is no such thing as lib32-* on ARM, that is an x86-ism to provide strictly 32-bit libraries to run on 64-bit systems. The glibc package is all you need. If you're trying to build a package from AUR or elsewhere that depends on lib32-*, just drop that prefix.
Arch Linux ARM exists and continues to grow through community support, please donate today!

you explained very well thank you

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', '[')b]Note: x86_64 users sould also install lib32-glibc from the Multilib Repository

You are not using x86_64 on ARM.
