No, but my son has experience with Draytek and said their support has much improved of late.

Well I talked to someone about the 2820Vn, but according to them the phone port is not really an FXO.
Looked like a nice device to combine ADSL Modem, Router, Wireless, ATA, and FXO. A couple of other features were the WAN port (come in handy if you ever switch from ADSL to CABLE) and a USB port for printer or NAS.
