Hi,
I installed opencv by pacman -S opencv and opencv 2.4.2-1 was installed.
when I use it through Pyhton2, I get the following error :
Python 2.7.3 (default, Apr 29 2012, 15:21:38)
[GCC 4.6.3] on linux2
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
>>> import cv2.cv as cv
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
ImportError: libavcodec.so.53: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
>>>
Searching on the web, it seems to be a bug (https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/30585?string=opencv&project=1&search_name=&type%5B0%5D=&sev%5B0%5D=&pri%5B0%5D=&due%5B0%5D=&reported%5B0%5D=&cat%5B0%5D=&status%5B0%5D=&percent%5B0%5D=&opened=&dev=&closed=&duedatefrom=&duedateto=&changedfrom=&changedto=&openedfrom=&openedto=&closedfrom=&closedto=) that is fixed in 2.4.2-2 release.
Unfortunatly, 2.4.2-2 does not exist yet in arch linux ARM.
Could it be possible to get this package please ?
Thanks for your help.
