mono 3 for raspberry pi

Hi,

i've seen, that there are packages for mono in version 3 for armv5 (http://archlinuxarm.org/packages?search=mono) and mono in version 2 for armv6 und armv7.

Its possible to update mono to version 3 for raspberry pi system? Maybe with hard float support?

Not until hard float support is included in mono for version 3 and beyond.

From what I can tell hard float support for armv6 has never been in mono, neither in 2 nor in 3.
Since hard float does not work on armv6 with mono 2 there is no loss there in upgrading to 3.

That said there appears to be some work done recently to support hard float on mono:
