Request: PKGBUILD for wolfram-engine

From the comments here, it seems it's possible to get wolfram-engine running on ALARM. I'm happy to try this, but I haven't written a PKGBUILD in ages, and someone here is better suited to that effort than I, so I thought I'd see if anyone were interested.

EDIT, 2015.08.21: For the record, I originally posted this in the Pi section because the software can be used on any RPi free of charge; other uses require a license.
