Reflector

I was trying to install the powerpill pacman wrapper. It has a dependency on the reflector package.

But I couldn't find it in the Arch Linux ARM package list. It's just a python script so as I understand it, it should not be hard to create a package for reflector.

afaik reflector is for archlinux only, it takes the mirrors from them directly.
