what USB Flash Drive would you recommend?

I have a GoFlex Net and I installed my system on an old hard drive via USB but i messed up somewhere and I can't access via SSH so i decided to start from scratch and not use and old noisy hard drive, what USB flash drives are you using and what size and speed would you recommend, I don't mind spending a little more money to get a big drive that runs quick as long has it has a long life time. i should probably note I am trying to set up and ftp server using my 1 TB drive but i don't want to lose anything on my drive so i want my main boot drive to be a flash disk since they are "faster".

Haha.. sorry. USB flash "faster"? But I do agree that you should put your system on a different disk than your 1TB download target.

That is a pretty good price for 32G. Still, don't use swap on it
