$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('BrianD', 'T')he updated /etc/rc.sysinit file packaged with initscripts-2012.07.5-1 works like a champ on my E02 devices. It appears they moved the bootlogd to run after remounting the / root partition....

I checked that my E02 has the mentioned initscripts-2012.07.5-1 and /etc/rc.sysinit with bootlogd moved so I reset my fstab to do the fsck and it would not boot. I had to mount the drive elsewhere, reset fstab and then it booted again.

I could find nothing new in the relevant /var/log files when I was resetting fstab much like before. :(

Where FSCK currently saves its logs? I can't find any fsck logs in /var/log dir, and there is no /var/log/fsck dir on my Dockstar running the latest ARM5 build. I wanted to check root drive at boot with command shutdown -Fr now , but it boots way too fast meaning not checking at all, and there is no fsck log.

Is it mandatory to create an entry in FSTAB for this to work. Currently I don't have entry for root device sda1, but the device boots normally and runs well.
