I got a pink PogoPlug B04 here. I bought it at Ebay as "Debian flash failure". There is no led activity when i turn it on. Led on the front panel doesn't do nothing at all. But i can see a blue led still lighting on the mainboard and lan activity wenn ethernet cable pluged in. The Plug becomes no ip address of course. I tried to boot it from SATA harddrive as mentioned here in forum, but ain't no luck. I need some more points where i can research further. How do i know what's exactly is broken? Is it dead when the front led doesn't lihgt any more?

B04 is V3 which is not based on kirkwood SoC, but rather on oxnas. You are in the wrong forum. Try over in the Pogoplug Pro/Video/V3/B0x section. The guide , I believe is this viewtopic.php?f=29&t=2146
I think it well let you bypass the bootloader in nand (whoever sold it to you probably thought it was a Pink V2 with kirkwoood and flashed wrong uBoot version into nand)
