pogoplug E02 - help installing packages

I would like to get some help to install sabnzbd, couch potato, sickbeard, and samba on my E02.

Can anyone help via chat?

Read through wiki? All the ifo is there. Nobody will want to hold your hand in the process, if you encounter problems then we will try to help.
